These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by our clients and are incorporated into every contract of sale between the customer and The English Craftsman Ltd range of woodcare products.

By placing an order with The English Craftsman Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of The English Craftsman range of woodcare products, whether ordered online, by phone, mail order, email or fax.
   
   
2. If our products are supplied via a third party, then the terms and conditions of that relevant third party apply.
   
   
3. The English Craftsman Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
   
   
4. The English Craftsman Ltd guarantees to refund in full the cost of the Easy Strip ordered where the product fails to work at all, dependent on the following conditions:
   
   
5. That the client contacts The English Craftsman Ltd in the first instance and follows advice given.
   
   
6. That the products have been used in compliance with instructions
   
   
7. That the products have been used for the purpose they are intended for.
   
   
8. All unused product is returned via ChemCouriers.
   
   
9. This guarantee is effective for 14 days from the date of delivery.
   
   
10. This guarantee only applies to Easy Strip and no other product purchased in the same transaction.
    
    
11. In cases where the actual cost of delivery is more than that charged, the actual cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
